~*Day 13 of Bless Your Child*~

Day 13-

Cherish your time together.

Right now my children are relatively young (10 and under) but I truly feel that time is slipping by so quickly.  When we first brought the boys into our family our oldest was only 7 (boys were 4 and 6 and the Peanut was in my tummy), that first year went by SO fast.  I truly feel that I missed a few years there with her...We have tons of great memories...we've made every trip count, every holiday, every birthday, everything...but still, time marched on and *snap* she turned 10!

I'm learning to slow down during the boring parts of life to cherish THOSE moments with my children.  Its a given that we'll cherish the important parts and the sentimental times, but, the everyday average moments which connect all those special events get forgotten so easily!

Cherish the boring, the quiet, the everyday mundane stuff.
Those are the moments we need to cherish the most!

Birthday's are to be cherished! From Analina's 5th birthday in June!

Proverbs 4:3&8
For I too was a son to my father,
still tender, and cherished by my mother.
Cherish her, and she will exalt you
embrace her, and she will honor you.
